Digital Signature Certification Application Process


The Digital Signature is a form of authenticated electronic signature that can be used by individuals and business entities to safely and securely conduct any official business over the internet. Digital signatures are of various types Normal DSC (Class 2 – Sign) can be used for filing Income Tax and GST Returns normally.(Some Banks require DSC Authentication for transferring High Value Wire Transfer) & Class 3 is issued generally for Tender Application Online and for DGFT purposes where there is a need for affirmation of one’s identity. It generally involves the name of the signer, title, company name, DSC serial number and the name of the company Chartered Accountant (CA).

  • DSC Application form duly filled in and Signed indicating details like email address, mobile number, and official address
  • Valid Personal Identification document as address proof: Aadhar Card, PAN card, Passport, Driver’s license, etc.
  • Recent Passport Size photograph
  • Individual Applicant DSC can be done only online through Aadhaar or PAN based.
  • Additional documents will be needed as per the requirement of the key.
